This is our listing of depression, suicide, anger, and general support hotlines. These trained support staff who run these lines and will be ready to speak with you are not doctors. Please be aware, they cannot diagnose any mental illnesses or conditions. Most hotlines are staffed 24/7 365 days a year. The listings below are sorted by country and then specific uses (if applicable). If you find an error please report it here.
