The drinking age in Australia is 18. =)

I'd change it so people could get their learners permits for driving when they're 15 and drive when they're 16 like in USA. I'm 14 and down here we can get our learners permit when we're 16 and drive when we're 18. Ugh, a long wait!

Actually, they just changed the law. You can only get a permit when you're sixteen now, you have to wait until you're eighteen to drive (In the U.S.). It sucks. As longs as I can remember, every birthday of mine I would count down the years until I could drive. I can't wait until I move to the Philippines, there are literally seven year olds that can drive legally there... And for those of you wanting the drinking law lowered, I asked my mom, and she says that there are basically no drinking laws in the Philippines (she grew up there). I can't wait 'till I move there...

Oh, they changed it? Are you sure they changed it in every state? Because I know this girl who's about to turn 16 in Seattle, and she can already drive around with a parent and stuff. ...? Maybe since they just changed it, it hasn't kicked in there or something.

I can't wait until I can drive. But it sucks I have to wait so long.

If I had to seriously think though I would have all of the universities and colleges be free but put them on the same system as High School so that if you didnt participate or come to class you were kicked out and somebody else got your spot.

I'd lower the drinking age - if you look at Europe, learning to drink earlier leads to more responsible drinking....
Also mental health parity for insurance - a pet peeve of mine right now.

Don't think I'm obsessed, but I don't think public nudity should be illegal. Now, having an orgy in the streets, yes, but not just plain naturality. As I've said before, we are actually meant to be nude. That's how God (if you're Christain) intended it. They're taking away our right to be how we are supposed to be. (I know that there are nude beaches and stuff, but that's practically like a Leper colony, trying to keep other people from catching a deadly disease, but you can't catch nudity) I am personally not that embarrased of nudity. I don't even know why people would be embarrased of other nude people. How does that make you embarassed when they're the one not wearing anything?

as I said before I think the drinking age is fine, what I want to know is, troubled are you using the word shoot up as a joke or are you serious. Take it from someone who has a run a gambit of drugs in there short 18 years and I will tell you its not worth it if you can stay clean do it please and about the knife thing its good that you promised stppenwolf (and dont take this the wrong way wolf your an awesome guy) but you should do it for yourself.

I see all this stuff about lowering the drinking age... No way. Same for drugs... the laws are there for a reason. As for driving, I think 16 is a bit low personally, since people haven't matured enough in my opinion (or in insurance company's opinions). Driving ages vary from state to state in the US, by the way, it's still 15 for permit and 16 for license here in Indiana.

One thing I could have legalized? Murder. There are a few people I'd like to kill...

wow so many people for lowering the drink age...this is a godo question hehe...i am already over 21 so drinking doesn't matter...i don't do drugs so that doesn't really bother me...i would like to murder stupid people...but taht might be going to far...maybe a good law to change would be nudity and instead of it getting banned from tv and what not have violence be the stuff that can't be shown...especially on the news...censorship or not it may be better for life(at least in the US)

(P.S drinking alcohol isnt an importaint part of life, and people do it even though the drinking age is 18. Heck, people will sell you alcohol if your about 16 or over in the UK, no one really cares. But i dont drink, it just destroys brain cells and doesnt do anyone any good. When you need a drink, why not try somthing else? somthing new? a new soft drink maybe, or a soft drink that you already liked.....)
