Yeah, its really dependent on your connection type & the server load. If it won't connect then refresh the page and pick a different server from the dropdown list. By defualt you connect to the first server so if it dosen't work pick the 2nd one, then the 3rd one, ect...

What version of windows are you running? Are you the only one who uses your computer?

Well I don't know about a mac but the only sure way to join the chat room is to get an IRC client. One if found was http://www.ircle.com go there and read on how to use it, download it & install it.

Anther option is to join our channel via the webchat interface at http://chat.rt.ru
Just enter a username and connect. If you still have problems try anther server. If you STILL have problems let me know. If you get in then type this command to join us:

But to be truthful, no one is ever really in the channel so don't be too bent on getting there.
